3/20: Cabaret Appearance with West Coast Singers

Spring Swing Sing: I appear with LA's West Coast Singers at their cabaret and fundraiser "Front Row, Center!":

Saturday, March 20th at 6:30 PM

When Artistic Director Brett Carroll and I went over the program recently I joked that we're doing songs of "Swing and Inspiration"—they're presenting a meaty Duke Ellington medley plus some of the choir's favorites like "Bridge over Troubled Water." I'll be adding a spring mix to their program: three philosophical love songs by Broadway lyricist E.Y. Harburg and a variety of favorite and lesser known spring-themed songs from the masters: Frank Loesser, Harold Arlen, Richard Rodgers and Noël Coward, among others.

V.I.P. Admission: $50 General Admission: $25
